Professional Bio:
Molly Leiwant is an Associate in the New York office of Paul Hastings LLP, where she practices in the general litigation group. She previously interned at the Federal Public Defender for the Northern District of California and the American Civil Liberties Union Reproductive Freedom Project.
Molly graduated from Berkeley Law (Boalt Hall) in 2013. She was the Managing Editor of the Berkeley Journal of Gender, Law & Justice, Co-President of the Boalt Hall Women's Association, a Teaching Assistant for the First Year Written and Oral Advocacy Program, and a member of Berkeley Law's International Human Rights Clinic.
Molly graduated from Columbia University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Women's and Gender Studies. She was Vice-President of the Columbia University Mock Trial Team. Prior to starting law school, Molly worked as a paralegal at Lankler, Siffert & Wohl LLP in New York City, and as an AmeriCorps Mentor with Communities In Schools in Austin, Texas.
